My partner had found Diamond Story online after googling ring re-sizing in Melbourne. We had ordered wedding bands online and the fit weren’t quite right in either of ours. Wanting the convenience of something close rather than sending them back overseas, Diamond Story was close by and had positive reviews. We met with Paul who was very personable and assured us the ease of re-sizing. There was a bit of confusion with the sizing, as when we got our rings back, stubbornly, both were still too large. We were anxious to bring this up, but Paul was very understanding and took extra consideration in ensuring we were satisfied we had determined our true ring sizes. Gladly, we weren’t charged for the re-re-size, either. When we got our rings a week later, we were helped by Aaron who invited us to try them on, and voila – perfect fits! We are very pleased with the result, both in their seamlessness and the comfort of fit. We would happily recommend Diamond Story for their personable service, quality job, reasonable timing and convenient location.

Paul is amazing, I lost my wedding ring and I wanted it replace exactly to what I had. I sent him photos of my ring and he made my wedding exactly like the one I had. After doing my research, I came across Paul amongst a few other diamond wholesalers. Paul is very knowledgeable, patient and transparent when it comes to what stones he has on offer. His prices are competitive and of great quality. I love the fact that we can custom make our ring designs once the stone has been ordered.
