I booked a last minute appointment here as my wisdom teeth were coming through and very infected. Dr Michael Cai is such a fantastic dentist, certainly a dentist you can trust to handle anything. You really could not be in better hands. All the staff in the practice are incredibly lovely. Val, the front desk receptionist, made my experience all that much better by ensuring I was taken care of before and after surgery. Really can not recommend this practice enough. Reliable, welcoming, friendly, a very warm and professional environment. Thank you, Pitt Street Dental!

Had my wisdom tooth taken out in 2 seconds. No pain or swelling after unlike previous experiences in other practices. Highly recommend! Now getting my invisalign treatment and going very smoothly.

I had my wisdom teeth extracted there.
My jaw was dislocated by the staff so I couldn't open my mouth to eat anything other than pureed food for 3 months.
Secondly, one stitch was not removed and I ended up with an infection. When I questioned them why it wasn't removed, they said, "it was unusual. Come in and we'll have a look" I was prescribed antibiotics but ended up taking it for more than 2 weeks.
When I attempted to express my concerns, they did not have any empathy to listen. The recovery process was not explained. They said my jaw will just get better with time. I wish I acted earlier and consulted with Chiro or some form of treatment. My jaw still clicks and I have been experiencing headaches ever since.
