    We are very amazed with the service of Photo Boothers Melbourne. Alex and his team provided a great and fun photo booth for a birthday party. It worked perfectly and we will definitely contact them again for another event!

    We had fun with the Photo Booth for our event once the logistics got sorted out - especially the kids! They loved the dress ups! The guest book was a lovely touch (additional cost), although I did bring my own washi tape which was much better for sticking the photos into the book instead of the glue stick. Small problems getting it to work at the start but once that was sorted it was so much fun.

    We hired an open air booth for our event. We requested the booth between 8 - 10pm. A lady from the company came to set the system up at around 1pm on the day of event and we were told that they needed internet connection as it would all be controlled remotely. At 6:30pm another lady appears and tells us that there is a problem with the system, she tries relentlessly to reboot the system to no avail. She then leaves and comes back with another laptop. Still nothing working, she wasn't sure what to do as it was the first time this occurred! 9pm she's still there trying to get the thing to work, finally by 9:45pm the system is up and running. However, by this time the system had completely disrupted our party schedule.The lady required all the lights to be on so any dancing or lighting we had, had to be put on hold. Needless to say our plan of speeches and cutting a cake were delayed till after 11pm. We had the photo booth for only an hour, dancing started after 11:30pm by which time the majority of guests had left. The photos are not good quality, while taking the photos the lady kept adjusting the camera and lighting which was rather annoying and the photos are super small. I paid for half of the quote beforehand however, given the disruption, frustration and stress caused on the night a refund or even a phone call by the owner of the company would have been welcomed. There are plenty of other photo booth operators out there. Good luck
