Just wanted to say that the boys were amazing today! Very pleased with them, very careful and quick too. They worked so hard and made what seemed impossible happened (moving all of our stuff).

I have used Move My Stuff on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed.
Manraj and Harman were brilliant and they know their job well - super quick and efficient but also careful, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend these guys without any hesitation to get the job done. I couldn’t have asked for a better moving service.
My mover cancelled 30 minutes before the job. This company was at my door within 3 hours and the 2 guys who came were fast, efficient and got the job done. Really happy. Would recommend.
I used Move My Stuff in March 2020 to move house. I found Harry very good to deal with on the phone. It was an easy process with good advice on what truck size to use etc. The moving guys arrived on time and gave good notice on their arrival time too. Good Service all round.
Had my new Plush sofa delivered by two men from this company. These men had no organisation skills, treated furniture without care and my home like a tip.
Part of the Plush delivery service accepted by this company is assembling and care of the furniture and these guys didn’t even understand how to clip on attachments nor understand that you don’t slide around wooden legs on solid floors as they’ll scratch the floors!
Their limited English made it almost impossible to explain that the packaging rubbish isn’t to be thrown around the house, to not stand on furniture, not to lean furniture on furniture, and if you have hardly any room to move things around you then ask to move other things, not push things out of your way.
Perhaps first plan to bring the big pieces in then put them in place then attach pieces as you go... they seriously had no idea, to the point that I had to ask them to leave and file a complaint.
My advice to you is; when you hire people, make sure they understand the standards you as a company claim to abide too by asking them or training them how to do things.
Lastly, I do not accept your "sorry, here’s some movie tickets" apology.— I want a full refund.
