I had severe pain in my hip flexor, gluteus minimus and in addition my trochanteric bursa, plantar fasciitis, I was a mess and truly uncomfortable. I searched the internet for someone who could do remedial massage. Many companies were very businesslike but then I came across Esmat’s website. I was instantly drawn to it. Her credentials and experiences were very impressive, and one could see that she is very passionate in what she does. After a thorough examination and many questions, Esmat wanted to fully understand where all my problems began and prevent them from reoccurring. So instead just giving me a massage and be done with it, she was more interested to heal and free me from my pain for the long term. Peel me down like an onion she said! She constantly explained why things happened, which was so refreshing as it gave me the opportunity to learn and understand. Esmat gave me lots of stretching homework to do which will now be part of my life’s routing. With the help of laser, dry needling, deep tissue massage and magnesium oil, I certainly feel like being striped like the rings of an onion and can successfully say that I am feeling much better. Grateful to have met her – Esmat with her magic hands!

Esmat is a brilliant therapist. I went to see Esmat while suffering from plantar fasciitis in both feet after being referred by a friend. She isolated the problem and recommended very easy stretches to alleviate the problem while treating with low level laser therapy. Esmat was very patient and explained everything thoroughly. I am very happy with the results and would definitely recommend.

I have been to many therapists for over 40 years who have only worked on the symptoms or relieved the pain for a while but then the pain comes back worse which I rate as a 9. Esmat came highly recommended. I was hesitant at first because of my experiences in the past and I thought to give it one more try. I felt my body was twisting around for years and I often felt tied and exhausted. I have been going to Esmat for 6 weeks and in this short time the pain has decreased dramatically to a 3-4 which is helping me to cope more with my life. Esmat is a kind and compassionate person and a dedicated therapist who explains in a way that I understand and what I need to do. She is helping me in getting better faster and I can feel the benefits, so she can work on other areas that need attention. I am very much into natural therapies and Esmat provides a diverse range of holistic modalities that I have not experienced elsewhere. She is currently treating my musculoskeletal issues and since going to her clinic I have improved immensely. What makes her stand out from the rest is that she is a dedicated therapist who is passionate about her work. She is also a genuinely kind and extremely caring person. I call her my ‘miracle worker’. Esmat also takes notes of what she observes during the whole process to determine which treatments give the best possible outcome for her clients. Ultimately, her focus is assisting her clients more effectively. If you want to see positive results then do yourself a favour and book in to see this exceptional therapist who is highly knowledgeable and really goes above and beyond to get to the root cause of any issues that require attention. I also bought the hand-held pulse laser device for home use which has many applications, so simple to use and even better, it’s affordable! It’s also great to use between visits and for me it’s a must have!
