I’m currently in my final year of uni at QUT and I did placement with character builders and let me tell you it was one of the coolest experiences I’ve had! I was quite nervous at the beginning going into it because i hadn’t done anything like what they do but the whole team is really lovely and supportive and their dedicated to their work. The programs they ran were super fun and and they all really got into each activity, which was cool to see. They know how to engage with school kids and get everyone involved. Also the “big ups” session they do at the end of the day was something that I personally will implement in my own life. Such a cool and uplifting thing. 100% would recommend !! P.s. you have to check out their Kokoda trail program. It was awesome!

I've booked a session with Damon from Character Builders twice now for my workplace, once as a 'breakout session' for our clients when we ran an all-day conference, and more recently for an internal team building session. Both session have been a fantastic success, very well received by all attendees, with lots of laughter and thought provoking take-aways. I'd highly recommend Damon and his team for any corporate event.

We Did the Kokoda challenge at Mt Coot-tha. It was amazing Damo and his team are great! They inspire and encourage the young people to be the best they can be and never give up. All of their programs are perfect for young people and the facilitators are so good at relating to and communicating with young people. We are definitely going to use Character Builders again and again!

We take our Year 6 students for a session with Damon and his team every year to prepare them for Year 7. It is so rewarding to see how much Damon gets out of each and every student throughout the day. The students love the activities and challenges and feel so proud when they accomplish their goals. Our staff love watching the students step up and out of their comfort zones, all with a huge smile on their face. I would recommend this program to every school in SEQ. It is a wonderful session to help with the transition into high school.

Haven't seen a team get so much out of students before. They create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all and get to know the students and allow them to get the most out of themselves. Training to be a teacher myself and will not hesitate to recommend Character Builders to the schools I come in contact with.
